The drink is enjoyed mostly in the summer season which is why the people of America get into the summer siesta spirit and enjoy this national day all across America on the 11th of July. Mojito is a traditional mint Cuban drink. Mojito was the favorite drink of the author Ernest Hemingway which is how this refreshing cocktail gained its popularity. The creator of the day is still unknown.
