National Mac and Cheese Day 2018 – July 14

The people of America love to celebrate which is why they have created a national day for almost everything. Just like all other national days there is a national day for one of our favorite side dish, mac and cheese. Mac and cheese are short for macaroni and cheese. The day is celebrated on the 14th of July in honor of this delicious dish. The dish is of English origin. The recipes consist of cooked macaroni and cheese sauce spread over it. Mix the ingredients and bake them for a couple of minutes and the dish would be ready. Even though it is a side dish but it can also stand out as a main dish.  There are other ingredients also added to it such as breadcrumbs, bacon, jalapenos and so on. The creator of the day is still unknown but the day is very commonly known around the many States of America.
