The international Anti-Corruption day is observed annually on the 9th of December every year. It is one of the many days proclaimed by the United Nations. The aim of the day is obvious as it calls all the originations and the general public to fight against the cases of corruption in their countries or states. Corruption is a disease that has affected every country in the world. It is done on a small scale by government officials in offices and at the large scale by the presidents or parliaments of the states. It is the dishonesty shown by the people that you have chosen to represent you and protect you at the international level. It is the unethical response shown by the people that possess some kind of an authority, in many cases the dishonesty and destruction of loyalty are for some personal benefits. It can include any kinds of unethical behavior such as embezzlement, money laundering, bribery, law-breaking, unfair elections and much more. Corruption destroys the economy of the country and makes it unstable which is why it must be a fought and eradicated at all level.
